We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising. We do not build advertising profiles based on your activity on the Platform.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to facilitate the operation of the Platform. These may include:

  • Session cookies necessary to maintain your authenticated state
  • Preference cookies that store your display settings or interface preferences
  • Analytics cookies or scripts that collect anonymized, aggregate usage data to help us understand how the Platform is used

You may configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being set. However, certain features of the Platform may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

The Platform does not honor Do Not Track (DNT) signals at this time, as there is no industry-wide standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted by websites.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party services for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and other operational functions. These third-party services may have access to certain information as necessary to perform their functions on our behalf, but are contractually or otherwise obligated not to use such information for their own purposes beyond providing the service.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated or controlled by us. This Policy does not apply to any third-party website or service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access through or in connection with the Platform.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party service.

6. Blockchain and On-Chain Data

Certain activities on the Platform involve transactions on the Solana blockchain or other public distributed ledger networks. You acknowledge and understand that blockchain transactions are publicly visible, permanent, and irreversible by design. Information recorded on a public blockchain -- including but not limited to wallet addresses, transaction amounts, timestamps, and smart contract interactions -- is not within our control and cannot be modified, deleted, or made private by us or any other party.

The Platform does not publicly associate your wallet address with your off-chain account information (such as your email address) unless you choose to make such association public. However, third parties may independently analyze public blockchain data and potentially associate wallet addresses with identities through means outside the Platform's control.

We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the public nature of blockchain technology before conducting any on-chain transactions through the Platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with access to the Platform and its features. We may also retain certain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes.

Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for research, analytical, and benchmarking purposes.

On-chain data cannot be deleted or modified, as described in Section 6 above. Any request for data deletion applies only to off-chain data held by the Platform.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, which may include:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations and the limitations described in this Policy
  • The right to object to or restrict certain processing of your personal information
  • The right to data portability, where applicable
  • The right to withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact information provided below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

Please note that certain rights may be limited by applicable law, and that deletion of your off-chain data may result in the loss of access to certain Platform features. On-chain data cannot be deleted or modified.

9. Children

The Platform is not directed at, intended for, or designed to be used by individuals under the age of eighteen (18) or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under these age thresholds. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.

If you believe that a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the contact information provided below so that we may investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect and maintain. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of your information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, wallet private keys, seed phrases, and any other authentication information. The Platform is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard such information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Platform, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

We encourage you to review this Policy periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.
